Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome all the time. The staff always greeted me when I entered the property. Checking in/out was easy.

Chris the manager at the time was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise birthday weekend for my wife. He made it so easy for ne to plan everything. I can't thank him enough for a of his help. He notified the staff about my situation and everyone was on board with me the entire weekend. The staff is amazing.

Out dated. The room wasn't cleaned all the way. All of the ice machines on every floor was broken.

Supposed to be a handicap accessible room, the bed was too high and caused me to fall breaking my shoulder and left big toe. I think that I should be compensated for my back to back cruise and pain and suffering.

Staff went out of their way. I booked a king bed and asked for a bathtub when we got there the king rooms did not have tubs they switched us without a problem. Staff went out of their way to recommend a place to eat. Very friendly

We really appreciated the flexible check-in and checkout time (can be early or late). Location was decent. Fairly close to everything. Room was well-taken care of. Bed very comfortable.
